SHIPPING/ ORDER POLICY 

Thank You for shopping with DivabyDivo!

Due to the nature of the item, ALL SALES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Processing takes 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped out. ALL processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) After processing, upon shipping out your order, you will receive a shipping notification to inform you that your order is on its way.

  • Domestic Express Shipping with signature confirmation, is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.
  • Domestic Regular Flat Rate with signature confirmation, Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.
  • International Shipping with signature confirmation, is 7-14 Business days depending on your location.

All packages are shipped with USPS, signature confirmation required. PLEASE NOTE: No orders will be shipped on weekends or holidays. Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the United States Postal Service.

  • To ensure the fastest delivery, orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment is complete.
  • We ask that you keep your billing address and shipping address the same. Make sure you're entering the correct billing address that's associated with your bank card. If you don't enter the correct billing address your card won't process the payment. If you see a pending transaction on your card after it has been declined, it should fall off and only show that you’ve attempted to make the transaction.

 

EXCHANGES/ RETURNS 

Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within seven (7) DAYS of you receiving your order.

 

We find that we have little to no return rates and are proud of the high-quality hair extensions that we offer. We also understand that there may be cases in which you need to return your order. We are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have NOT been opened, worn or tampered with, still in original packaging/ labels! Exchange is based on in-store inventory ONLY! 

We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair outside of "DivoScizorhandz". We understand that not all stylists specialize in expert level hair coloring for extensions. For this reason, we pride ourselves on taking care of the hassle for you with our custom coloring services. You must contact us first before refunding your package. That means calling 850-723-8138, during business hours, within the seven (7) day return period.

All “Diva by Divo” hair extensions must be shipped back, unopened, in its original packaging. The packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the “DivoScizorhandz” hair seal on the bundle has been broken!

All Sales are FINAL on custom coloring.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because “Diva by Divo” will not be held responsible for lost returns.
